Here at Central Milton Keynes Medical Centre we have our own Patient Participation Group (PPG). There is strong involvement from the surgery with GPs and practice staff/management participating with patients who have kindly joined to help us improve the surgery.
The objectives of the PPG are to work towards achieving improvements in services provided by the practice . Members will have the chance to input into the provision of self-care, health promotion and information for patients.
In our meetings we have already had some very good ideas put forward to improve our appointment system and flexibility of hours.
If you are interested in joining please use the 'contact us' screen giving your name, contact number and email address. Alternatively if you would prefer not to be a member but have any suggestions for improvements please contact the PPG on:
Following our recent patient survey a meeting was held with the members of the PPG the results were analysed and a report was written and agreed. (the results and report are available for you to read please see the link on the right hand side of the screen)
An action plan has been put together to reflect the issues highlighted in the survey. This plan is available for you to view please see next tab
