Patient Notice – 02/11/2021

Dear Patients,

As a Practice all departments are under considerable pressure, working beyond our capacity with an overwhelming workload.

We are trying our best to address all the issues presented to us, but have limited resources.

Our staff and patients are all becoming frustrated by the situation, leading to unnecessary confrontations.

If you request an appointment with one of our clinicians we will do our best to provide this in the most appropriate setting; either via telephone, online consultation or face-to-face. Unfortunately demand is currently higher than the number we are able to safely provide. 111 can offer advice, or, for things that cannot wait there are doctors working at Milton Keynes Urgent Care Centre on the hospital campus, which is a walk-in service.

If your query can be dealt with by email, please contact us via our website and we will respond as soon as we are able.

We strive to deal with each person as an individual, with the kindness and respect they deserve, and ask the same from you. We will not accept any form of rudeness or abuse towards any member of staff regardless of the reason.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. If we all work together we will get through this difficult period.
