Any form of abuse, aggression or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not exhaustive to:
· Shouting
· Swearing
· Name calling
· Threats
· Personal attacks
· Derogatory comments
· Physical abuse or attempted abuse
· Persistent demands that cause disruption to our service
We have the right to refuse treatment and take further action against anyone who threatens the safety or wellbeing of our staff.
You may be asked to leave the premises and be removed from the practice list.
