The Autumn COVID vaccination booster campaign will run in England from Wednesday 1 October 2025 to Saturday 31 January 2026.
The booster vaccine will be offered to residents at highest risk of serious disease. That is:
- Adults aged 75 years and over;
- Residents in care homes for older adults;
- Individuals aged six months and over who are immunosuppressed.
