Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is working with the Parks Trust to create more opportunities for our patients and local community to get active, enjoy the outdoors and connect with others.
In November, the PPG will be launching a twice-weekly Walk & Talk Club. In the meantime, you can get involved with the Conniburrow Nature Explorers walk.

The group heads out together to explore Linford Wood, providing a great opportunity to get some fresh air, be active and meet new people in the local community.
