Getting your test results

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

• in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• in your SystmOnline account
• by phoning us on 01908 605775 between 10am and 3pm

Please note it is the patient’s responsibility to collect their own test results. Due to confidentiality, results will not be give to a third party unless consent has been given by the patient.

We text patients if they need to collect a prescription or make a routine follow up appointment. These are not for urgent follow ups, and are booked into next available routine appointments. This may be up to 4 weeks in advance.

Please ensure we have your correct mobile number as we try to keep costs down by contacting patients via text messaging.
